III · Contour & lightness
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage
Lighter, brighter and beautifully contoured.
Brazilian manual lymphatic drainage is a rhythmic, sculpting massage technique that encourages the natural flow of the lymphatic system, the body's own way of clearing excess fluid and waste.

Choose the areas that matter most to you: abdomen, legs, face or arms. Book one area for 30 minutes, or two areas for 60 minutes.
Preparing for lymphatic drainage
On the day
-
Drink plenty of water the day before and on the day.
-
Eat lightly and avoid a heavy meal for 2 hours before, especially for abdominal treatment.
-
Avoid alcohol and fizzy drinks beforehand.
-
Wear comfortable clothing.
After your treatment
For the next 24 hours
-
Keep drinking water to help your body flush excess fluid.
-
Enjoy gentle movement, such as a walk, to keep lymph flowing.
-
Avoid alcohol, salty and processed foods to maintain results.
-
Expect more frequent bathroom visits. This is completely normal.
Lymphatic drainage is not suitable with acute infection, blood clots, heart or kidney conditions, or certain other medical conditions without your doctor's approval. Please tell us about any health concerns when booking.

Your body treatment questions
answered
What should I wear?
Whatever is comfortable. You will be given privacy to undress to your comfort level and kept covered with towels throughout. Only the area being treated is uncovered.

Can I choose the pressure?
Always. Tell us what you like at the start and at any point during your treatment. We will adjust as we go.

Can I have a massage while pregnant?
Please let us know when booking. Some treatments, including hot stone, are not suitable during pregnancy, and we will advise on safe options.

Which treatment is best for stress?
The White Stone Signature or Head to Toe are our most deeply relaxing treatments. If you are short on time, a scalp massage is wonderfully calming.
