I · Smooth skin
Laser Hair Removal
Freedom from shaving, waxing and regrowth.
Targeted light energy disables the hair follicle to dramatically reduce regrowth. Over a course of treatments, hair becomes finer, sparser and slower to grow, leaving skin beautifully smooth.
Â
Every client books a consultation and patch test first, so we can assess your skin and hair type, plan your treatment and make sure laser is right for you.

Consultation & Patch Test
An essential first step for your comfort and safety. Your £20 is redeemed against a laser session after your patch test.
Session time
15–60 minutes by area
Laser works best on darker hair. White, grey, red and very fair hair responds poorly, so electrolysis may be recommended instead. Not suitable during pregnancy.
Preparing for laser
In the weeks before
-
Shave the area 24 hours before. Please do not wax, pluck, thread or use hair removal cream for 4–6 weeks, as the root needs to be present.
-
Avoid sun, sunbeds and self-tan on the area for at least 2–4 weeks. Skin must not be tanned or sunburnt.
-
Arrive with clean skin, free from make-up, deodorant, lotion or perfume on the area.
-
Tell us about any medication, especially antibiotics or anything that makes you sensitive to light.

Laser Tattoo Removal
Fade the past, gently and safely.
Whether you want to remove a tattoo completely or fade it ready for a cover-up, laser tattoo removal offers a safe, effective solution. Short pulses of laser energy break ink into tiny particles, which your body's immune system then gradually clears away.
Treatment time
15–30 minutes
Tattoo removal is not suitable during pregnancy or over broken, tanned or infected skin. Some colours may not fully clear.

Electrolysis
Precise, permanent hair removal for every hair colour.
Electrolysis is the only method recognised for permanent hair removal. A very fine, sterile probe is gently inserted into each individual hair follicle, and a tiny current is applied to destroy the root so it cannot grow back.
Session time
15–60 minutes
Electrolysis may not be suitable for those with a pacemaker or certain health conditions. Suitability is confirmed at consultation.
Preparing for electrolysis
In the weeks before
-
Do not pluck, wax or thread the area for 2–3 weeks, so each hair can be treated at the root.
-
Leave hairs to grow for 2–3 days before your appointment. Trimming is fine, but avoid shaving that day.
-
Stay well hydrated, as this helps the treatment work effectively.
-
Avoid caffeine before your appointment if you are sensitive, as it can heighten sensation.
Downtime
Slight redness for a day
Caring for your skin after
For the next 24–48 hours
-
Keep hands off and avoid touching or scratching the area.

-
No make-up for 24 hours on treated areas of the face.

-
Avoid heat, sun and exercise for 24–48 hours.

-
Soothe with the aftercare product we recommend, such as aloe vera or witch hazel.

Your laser questions, answered.

Â
Why do I need a patch test?
A patch test shows us how your skin responds to treatment and lets us choose the safest, most effective settings for you. It is carried out at least 48 hours before your first full session.

Does laser hair removal hurt?
Most guests describe it as a quick snap or warm flick, and cooling is used for comfort. Sensation lessens as your hair reduces over the course.

Laser or electrolysis: which is right for me?
Laser is ideal for larger areas of darker hair. Electrolysis is best for small areas, stray hairs and lighter hair colours that laser cannot target. We will advise which is right for you.

How many sessions will I need?
Most laser hair removal courses need 6–8 sessions. Tattoo removal varies widely depending on the ink. Electrolysis depends on the number of hairs. We will give you a realistic plan at consultation.
